Frank Ducceschi is the publisher of CTQ Media and iSixSigma, and also serves
as editor of iSixSigma.com. He has more than 35 years of experience as a
journalist. The majority of that time he was editor and publisher of a daily
newspaper, however, Frank's experience as a publisher also includes work on
magazines, books and websites. The publications he has directed have won
numerous awards, both for excellence and for public service. He is Six Sigma
Yellow Belt trained and has a bachelor's degree from Arizona State
University.

Jessica Harper 
iSixSigma Magazine, Managing Editor
Jessica Harper has worked at business-to-business publications for more than six years. Her experience includes writing and editing in the telecommunications, technology, construction and engineering, and veterinary industries. In 2003, she received the Young Leaders' Scholarship from the American Society of Business Publication Editors. Prior to joining iSixSigma Magazine, Jessica served as the managing editor for a publication that won regional awards for design and editorial excellence. She has an English degree and a journalism minor from Truman State University in Kirksville, Mo.

Joan Skipper

Joan Skipper is a published author and seasoned editor. Her writing and editing experience includes newspapers, books, internal publications and websites. She has a journalism degree from Arizona State University.

Michael Marx

Michael Marx is founder and editor of SixSigmaCompanies.com, where he provides "the Six Sigma scoop" about deployments at companies around the world. Michael is a certified Black Belt and has held management roles in business development and market research. He earned his bachelor's degree in International Relations from Brigham Young University, and an MBA from Thunderbird, the Garvin School of International Management.
