We have received a number of correspondences about delivery issues. We apologize for any inconvenience you are experiencing. The root cause of this issue is resulting from postal systems - either the United States Postal Service and/or foreign postal services. Both of these are out of the control of iSixSigma.

Issues Delivered Outside the United States:
Issues delivered outside the United States are mailed via Air Letter Post. Delivery times vary by country of destination, but US Postal Service guidelines (no guarantee) specify 7-10 business days just to arrive at your country. At that point, it is up to your local postal service to deliver the magazine and this can vary based on many new factors.

We appreciate that many foreign readers understand the inconsistency of the delivery system of foreign countries, and that once the mail is dropped into the host country there isn't anything iSixSigma can do to control the individual delivery times. Other magazine companies we've benchmarked against have reported delays in delivery of up to 3 months.

iSixSigma Magazine will send replacement copies per the guidelines in the table presented below.

Issues Delivered Inside the Contiguous United States:
Issues delivered within the United States are currently shipping Standard A postage. Standard A delivery time is 7-21 business days for delivery within the United States. Delivery times vary greatly based on:

* the proximity from our original mailing location (Hanover, New Hampshire),
* how many issues we are mailing to a specific zip code,
* how much higher priority mail is in the USPS system,
* whether the mail-to location is a residence or business, and probably a few other factors that we're not aware of.

If you haven’t received your copy of iSixSigma Magazine by the dates listed below, please contact customer service and we will resend another issue to you:

* 1.5 months after the issue's cover date (e.g., for the November/December issue, the cover date would be November 1) for US addresses

* 3 months after the issue's cover date for non-US addresses

Please note that we understand that receiving a timely copy of iSixSigma Magazine is a priority for you. For this reason, we have recently added a digital edition to our offering.
